Veteran wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson has decided not to sign an NFL contract. The former #1 overall pick has inked a deal to be a studio analyst for ESPN this coming NFL season. The Packers were among the teams trying to sign Johnson after he was cut by Carolina after the NFL Draft.
