Brandon Knight scored 20 points to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 91-84 win over the Miami Heat on Sunday in Miami.
Knight hit 7 of 13 from the field, including four three-pointers. Two of the four three-pointers came late to hold off a Miami rally and preserve the Bucks road victory.
Knight also added five rebounds and four assists, playing in front of family and friends from nearby Fort Lauderdale. He’s one of six players in double figures for the Bucks. Rookie Jabari Parker added 13 points and six rebounds.
The Bucks trailed by as many as 12 points in the first half but started the 3rd quarter on a 12-3 run to take the lead. The Bucks ended up outscoring the Heat 26-13 in the 3rd quarter and held Miami to just 21% from the field in the quarter, 41% for the game. The Heat’s leading scorer, Chris Bosh, finished with 10 points on 2 of 17 shooting from the field.
Miami did play without Dwyane Wade, who missed his second straight game with a hamstring strain.
