The 46-year-old Fond du Lac man suspected of setting fire to his business has been bound over for trial. Lyle Huss waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday and entered not guilty pleas to arson charges for the March 3rd fire that destroyed Last Stop Bar and Lanes.

Huss allegedly made a full confession to investigators, but his lawyer, Michael O’Rourke, says that doesn’t necessarily mean the case won’t go to trial.

Meanwhile Fond du Lac County District Attorney Dan Kaminsky says Huss’s girlfriend, 40-year-old Lynda Stiller-Devoe, is also facing arson charges.

Judge Peter Grimm also denied a motion to modify Huss’s bail from a signature bond.
