While the Green Bay Packers may be considering a linebacker or two in the upcoming NFL Draft, Jamari Lattimore has signed his
restricted free agent tender with the team. It’s a one-year deal worth $1.431 million.
With Brad Jones battling injuries last season, Lattimore saw more significant playing time last season, finishing with 35 tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble. Lattimore originally made the Packers roster as an undrafted free agent. He moved from defensive end in college to outside linebacker in the NFL, followed by a recent move to the inside.
Lattimore could get a chance to compete for a starting job on the inside this year. The Packers also return A.J. Hawk, Brad Jones, Sam Barrington and Victor Aiyewa at inside linebacker this year.
