State Representative Robin Vos (R-Racine) is introducing legislation that would require parental consent for minors to get their ears pierced. He says kids can make spur of the moment decisions they'll later regret and parents should have a say in what their kids do to their bodies.
The penalty for violations would be a fine of up to $200.
