Life in prison with a chance of parole in 25 years, is the sentence handed down Monday by Judge Charles Constantine to 30 year old Adrial White, convicted of murdering Eric Carbajal, in Racine's so called vigilante murder case.

Judge Constantine said he struggled with the sentence, but felt White should have a chance to get out of prison. Quoting scripture, White asked the victim's families for foregiveness.

White was also sentenced to 10 years in prison to run concurrent to the life sentence for shooting another man who was breaking into his girl friend's car. The victim's cousin, Phillip Jardina, who was also involved in the break in, said he hopes White spends the rest of his life in prison.
