Federal investigators have learned more, about a chemical filled apartment in Madison. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, all of the chemicals found in 30-year-old Brian Campbell’s apartment – specifically ammonium nitrate – are common in bomb manufacturing.
Campbell was arrested last week, after firefighters responding to an odor complaint discovered the chemicals. He may be in court this week.
