An Oshkosh man killed in an ultralight plane crash on Wednesday night has been identified.
Officials say 57-year-old James Sakowski died at the scene of the crash, after his craft went down in a field near Omro in Winnebago County.
The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the cause of the crash.
