Beloit shutout South Bend 4-0 last night in the Midwest League while Southwest Michigan sent the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers to their 7th straight loss with a 3-2 win. Both of those series will wrap up tonight. Both state teams will return home on Friday night. Beloit will open up a series with Peoria while Wisconsin welcomes Lansing to Fox Cities Stadium in Appleton.
