The NBA announced today that the Milwaukee Bucks will face the New York Knicks on Jan. 15, 2015 in a regular-season game in London. It’ll be the fifth straight year the league has staged one of its games in the city.
The game will count as a Bucks home game, which means they’ll have 40 home dates at the Bradley Center.
The Knicks also played in London in 2013 against the Detroit Pistons. New York won that game 102-87.
The NBA has staged games in London since 2003. The last eight games have been held at the O2 Arena dating back to 2007. That venue played host to the U.S. Olympic team’s gold-medal winning performance in the 2012 London games.
The last time the Bucks played overseas was in October of 2008 when the Bucks played a pair of preseason games against the Golden State Warriors in China.
