New Bucks General Manager John Hammond has been on the job only a month, but he's already starting to formulate a plan to turn the franchise around.  Hammond says that you can fix a franchise throught he draft, via free agency, or via trade.  He says the Bucks will explore all options to make the franchise move forward.

Hammond also says that he believes Senator Herb Kohl will do what it takes to make the franchise a winner, and he's proven that in the past.  He wouldn't have come to Milwaukee if he didn't think they could win.

Hammond adds that he hired Scott Skiles because he's already shown he can turn a team around.  He's done it in Phoenix and in Chicago.
