A chilling 9-1-1 tape from Saturday's mass murder in Delavan.

There is a surviving witness to the shooting rampage in Delavan. A man identified as Gaspar Huerta is heard on the 9-1-1 tape telling the dispatcher his sister-in-law's ex-boyfriend came into the house and started shooting everyone.

Huerta says he was in the house at the time where he lives. He says he escaped through a window and over the roof where he called 9-1-1 from a neighbor's house.

While on the phone, Huerta's 21-year old wife, 19-year old sister-in-law, her twin infant sons and a 19-year old friend were being gunned down. Relatives say the ex-boyfriend, father of the twins, was the shooter who then killed himself.

Despite appearances, Walworth County District Attorney Phil Koss won't call it murder-suicide yet. He says the investigation is still going on. Evidence still has to be processed. But authorities did say there is no risk to the public and no suspects are at large.

The 2-year girl found wounded in a car, the daughter of the ex-boyfriend, is doing better according to Delavan Police Chief Tim O'Neil. At last report she was listed in good condition at UW-Hospital in Madison.
