A Walworth County judge says new molestation allegations against a priest are not enough to send the convicted sex offender to prison. The Walworth County district attorney asked a judge Thursday to revoke the bond of 77-year-old Reverend Donald Mcguire, but the judge agrees with the defense who says Mcguire is in failing health and not a danger to society. An accuser has filed a civil case claiming Mcguire molested him between 1999 and 2003.
