It’s common to see two members of the same team mix it up during a training camp practice. But it’s a bit odd that two members from the same unit would go at it.
That’s what happened on Tuesday when Green Bay Packers backup center Nick McDonald and reserve tackle Marshall Newhouse went after each other following the final play of a team drill. It caught teammate Josh Sitton a bit by surprise.

Marshall Newhouse refused to comment afterwards. McDonald discussed the flare-up.

James Campen delivered a short lecture to both players afterwards. Neither player would divulge what brought on the argument.
When Mike McCarthy was asked about the fight after practice, he said he didn’t have a problem with it.
