today.  That first phase lasts two weeks and consists of a strength and conditioning program as well as rehab.  Coaches can’t be involved in the first portion.

The second phase runs three weeks and includes some individual player instruction, drills and practice without live contact or offense-vs.-defense periods.

The third and final phase is four weeks in length and includes 10 days of organized team activities and a three-day mandatory minicamp.

Offseason workouts are voluntary, but the Packers want their players involved.

According to ESPN, the Packers reportedly paid out more in workout bonuses than any other NFL team in 2013 ($3.67-million-plus).  That number will climb this year to $4.3-million
