New Packers CEO Mark Murphy spoke to the Milwaukee Press Club on Wednesday. Murphy told the gathering that he expects Brett Favre to return for an 18th season. He added that he expects Favre to officially make the announcment in the next few days. Murphy also says that he doesn't think Ted Thompson will be too active in the free agent market this year.
