Green Bay Packers coaches will be working some extra hours this week to prepare for the short turnaround between Sunday's Carolina game and the Thanksgiving Day game between the Packers and the Lions.
Packers coach Mike McCarthy said he and his assistants will work on the game plan for the Lions Friday and Saturday. He's also cutting down on some of the teams work in practice this week because of the short turnaround time next week.
