The Green Bay Packers (14-1) will step on the field on last time before the playoffs Sunday as they host the Detroit Lions (10-5) at Lambeau Field for a noon kickoff.
With home-field advantage in the NFC locked up, the Packers have little to play for. Detroit, however, can clinch the 5th seed in the NFC with a win which would mean Dallas or the New York Giants in the first round instead of New Orleans or San Francisco.
Some roster clarity is shaping up as for who will be playing for the Packers though Head Coach Mike McCarthy’s ultimate plan is still not public knowledge. Barring any setbacks, Chad Clifton will start at left tackle after missing the last 10-games with a hamstring injury. How ready is he to play?

WR Greg Jennings has already been ruled out and TE Jermichael Finley will likely join him on the sidelines after feeling some discomfort in his knee early this week. That means some key players like Jordy Nelson will see normal minutes, if not more.

The Packers have not lost to Detroit in the state of Wisconsin since 1991; 19-regular season games and 20-overall. The last loss was Sunday, December 15th, 1991 when Detroit’s Erik Kramer outdueled Green Bay’s Mike Tomczak.
