The Green Bay Packers were in the running for Cincinnati free agent receiver Tab Perry, but the kick return specialist decided to take a 1-year deal with the Miami Dolphins instead.

The Packers will keep their top special teams player from last season, linebacker Tracy White.  The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that White has agreed to a 2-year deal that covers 2-years and is worth $1.8-million with a $250,000 signing bonus.
