The Green Bay Packers (4-7) have five games left in the regular season and may need to win them all to have a chance at a wildcard playoff spot. To have any chance, they need to resurrect their running game, which has disappeared in the past few weeks.
The Packers as a team, have rushed for 51, 44 and 47 yards over the last three games, two of the three being losses.
The Jets defense meanwhile, ranked 29th in the NFL overall and 26th against the run. They allow on average, just over 135 yards per game on the ground.
The Packers problems likely center around their young offensive line, which currently boasts three rookies. Tony Moll is the 3rd of three rookies and has been forced into the starting lineup at right tackle with Mark Tauscher down with a groin injury.
