The Green Bay Packers went head-to-head with one of the top defensive fronts in the NFL and won, pulling out a 24-10 victory over the St. Louis Rams at Lambeau Field.
The Packers defense gave up 159 rushing yards to Todd Gurley, but they held Nick Foles to just 141 yards passing, completing just 11 of 30 passes. Foles was held to one touchdown and the Packers secondary picked him off four times.
Two of those interceptions came from rookie Quinten Rollins, the first of which was returned 45 yards for a touchdown, giving the Packers a 14-0 lead.
The defense continues to stand out, sacking Foles three times, but getting 12 more hits on the quarterback. The Packers now have 20 sacks in five games this season, but 16 in the last three games.
Offensively, the Packers struggled for a second straight game. Aaron Rodgers completed 19 of 30 for 241 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions, plus a lost fumble.
Rodgers had gone 586 straight passes (including playoff games) and had thrown 49 touchdown passes since Vikings safety Harrison Smith picked him off on Dec. 2, 2012.

Rodgers two scoring strikes went to Ty Montgomery (31 yards) and James Jones (65 yards). For Jones, it’s his fifth touchdown catch of the season.
Rodgers wasn’t the only one that was off. The Packers managed to rush for just 86 yards against the Rams defense.
Injuries
The Packers had three players leave the game with injuries and not return. T.J. Lang (knee), B.J. Raji (groin) and Nick Perry (shoulder) all left the game. Lang tweeted out after the game that his injury was not serious and he expects to be O.K. It’s not certain whether or not Lang will be able to play in next weeks game against the San Diego Chargers at Lambeau Field, but he said it is not an A-C-L injury.
