UW-Milwaukee fell behind 11-0 but overcame a slow start to knock off Oakland, Michigan 84-75 in men’s college basketball action.

Steve McWhorter scored 15 of his 17 points in the first half as the Panthers chipped away at the lead.  His 3-pointer gave the Panthers a 26-22 lead and the Panthers eventually pulled away.

Kyle Kelm and Matt Tiby added 15 points each for the Panthers who improved to 12-5 overall and 2-1 in Horizon League play.
