Only one member of Wisconsin’s U.S. House delegation voted to expel George Santos.  Mark Pocan voted to expel the New York state Republican, an effort led by other New York Republicans.

Wisconsin’s 2nd District Democrat said Santos’ actions have been unbecoming of a member of Congress. Wisconsin Democrat Gwen Moore and all six Republicans voted against expelling Santos over his public false statements and ongoing federal criminal case. More said the allegations are troubling, but she recognizes the importance of due process.

The House voted overwhelmingly Wednesday not to expel Santos.
