The Badgers are playing their bowl game in Florida but Wisconsin will be represented in the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California
Most of the Pulaski High School (Brown County) students may be enjoying a holiday break today but not the 200 members of the Red Raiders Marching band. They'll be marching and playing their instruments for eleven hours the day after Christmas.
And then on Wednesday morning, Band Director Tom Busch says they board a plane bound for Pasadena and the Tournament of Roses. For many of the students it will be their first plane ride and their first time outside Brown County or Wisconsin.
They've been practicing for this nationally televised parade since last May, especially that hairpin turn on TV corner, the one where all the cameras are trained. In fact during that December 26 th practice they will spend two hours at the Lambeau Field parking lot practicing that 109 degree turn.
