A Wisconsin Senator gets his time with the man who may become America's "top cop." Herb Kohl (D-Wisconsin) says previous Attorneys General have supported aggressive interrogation techniques like waterboarding.  The Wisconsin Democrat asked AG nominee Eric Holder's if he'll put an end to "abusive interrogation techniques."

Holder says methods of questioning should be "consistent with who we are as Americans." He's cautious of any interrogation techniques that can be used by America's enemies as recruiting tool. The former Deputy Attorney General also says he considers waterboarding to be torture.

Kohl wrapped up his questioning at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on a lighter note, by asking how Holder thinks he'd match up with President-Elect Obama in a game of one-on-one basketball.
