A Racine County teenagers is facing charges of sexual assault, false imprisonment and victim intimidation, after prosecutors say he attacked at 15-year-old girl in their school’s boiler room.
The Racine County District Attorney’s office says the 17-year old lured the girl into the room last week with an offer of drugs, then forced her into the noisy first floor room of the REAL School in Caledonia, which muffled her attempts to scream. The girl says she stayed there until after school, and later talked to her mother about that attack.
The criminal complaint says the defendant called the girl several times the next day and threatened to slit her throat, and those of her family, if she told anyone what happened.
He’s jailed on a $15,000 cash bond, pending an April 2nd court date.
