Michael Redd returned to the Milwaukee Bucks bench late this season,

coming off of successive major surgeries on his left knee that limited his involvement with the team for the past two seasons. He was out for well over a year before returning in Charlotte two weeks ago.
Now, at the age of 31, Redd has played his final home game with the Bucks last night, a 93-86 win over the Toronto Raptors. Wednesday night, Redd will play his final game when the Bucks close out the season at Oklahoma City.
He’s spent 11 seasons with the Bucks and is in the final year of a 6-year, $91-million deal that he signed back in 2005.

Redd earned $18.3-million for playing a handful of games this season. The Bucks aren’t expected to try to resign the veteran shooting guard. But Redd said he’s not worried about next year now.

Redd’s perimeter game earned him a spot on the 2008 Olympic roster and he was part of a team that won Olympic gold. Redd was asked after last night’s final home game how he’d like to be remembered.
