A state lawmaker says a new report on global warming should prompt Wisconsin to limit greenhouse gases. It's an international report from a conference in Brussels, which paints a grim picture of hunger and extinction of species if climate change isn't addressed.

State Representative Spencer Black (D-Madison) says he's hoping Wisconsin will heed the warning, and work to limit the state's contributions to global warming. To help achieve that goal, Black is introducing legislation that calls for a 25 percent cut in carbon dioxide emissions in the state.
