The family of Kelly Nolan has stayed out of the media spotlight ever since Nolan's body was discovered in a wooded area of Dane County two months ago.
But now that the case has dropped from the media spotlight and police have no known suspects, they're back asking for help.
22-year Kelly Nolan was last seen June 23 rd after a night out with friends in downtown Madison. That's when she disappeared from sight until her body was discovered just over two weeks later.
But police have no suspects. There's no composite drawing. Kelly Nolan's sisters, April and Candace, joined Madison Police spokesman Joel Despain in appealing to a new crowd.
Now that more people have returned to Madison with the start of school, Despain hopes someone may have been here around June 23 rd , talked with Kelly Nolan that night and didn't think anything about it.
The reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the young woman's murderer has been raised to twelve-thousand dollars. Police and family hope that will jog someone's memory about with whom Kelly Nolan spent her last moments.
