Good news for Ben Sheets. The Brewer righty threw 45 pitches from the mound at Miller Park before Tuesday's game with the Reds. He said that he felt no pain during the outing. If Sheets feels OK today, he could be given a minor league rehab assignment as he tries to get back in Big League form.
