A Wisconsin Rapids wrestler accused of harassing a teammate will stand trial. A judge bound Rylan Lubeck over on a felony stalking charge, agreeing that prosecutors had enough evidence to prove that he likely caused the now 16-year-old victim serious, emotional distress.

The victim testified that Lubeck danced naked around him and put his genitals in his face at least five times and also shoved him in a locker at least three times.

The defense argued unsuccessfully that the charge should be dismissed or at least reduced to a misdemeanor. In the end, Lubeck pled not guilty to the felony charge.

A week long jury trial is set for May 21st.
