Edgerton's Steve Stricker could not catch Tiger Woods Sunday at the PGA's Wachovia Championship in Charlotte. Stricker shot 3-under in the final round to take 2 nd place finishing 11 under-par, two-strokes behind woods.
Stricker has not won on the PGA tour since 2001. His 2nd place effort earned him $680,400.
Fellow Wisconsinite J.P Hayes finished tied for 30th.
