Wisconsin redshirt freshman quarterback Alex Hornibrook said he was forced to sit out the Big Ten Championship game because of concussion related symptoms.
Hornibrook was knocked out of the Badgers regular season finale against Minnesota a week earlier because of a first half concussion.
Hornibrook was cleared to practice a few days later and thought he was going to play against Penn State. After practicing three days, Hornibrook began experiencing symptoms and talked with head coach Paul Chryst the morning of the game.
