Then in the 8th inning, the Milwaukee Brewers bullpen blew a late lead, giving up 8 runs on 9-hits in the Brewers 13-6 defeat. Kameron Loe took the loss. He was supposed to have the day off, but talked manager Ron Roenicke into using him.

The Brewers got home runs from Prince Fielder and Yuniesky Betancourt. For Fielder, it’s the 200th of his career.
Ryan Braun left the game after suffering an ankle injury. He’s considered day to day.
The Brewers are off today. They’ll open a 3-game weekend series Friday night against the Pirates.
