A 16-year-old girl from Monroe faces arson and homicide charges injuvenile court for the house fire that killed a man in March. The Green County DA's office has filed a delinquency petition against the teen.
Jeffrey Sullivan was found in the basement of the home. He was rescued by firefighters, but died at the hospital. The teen is due in court for a plea hearing September 29.
