A Tomahawk teen will stand trial in the March death of a gas station clerk. 18-year-old Derek Domke was bound over for trial Thursday on charges he robbed the Zephyr gas station and killed clerk Rochelle Anderson.

Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Stiers testified that Anderson's death was "overkill" because she was stabbed in the back after already being severely beat in the head. Stiers says the multiple stab wounds showed a "clear intent" for Domke to end Anderson's life.

Investigators found a bloody handprint at the crime scene. Jerry Kotajarvi testified that he positively matched the print to Domke. He says the print was clear and could not belong to anyone other than Domke. Tomahawk police Chief Don Johnson testified Domke could not explain how his handprint got there.

Domke is charged with armed robbery and first-degree intentional homicide. He faces life in prison if convicted. He will be arraigned June 23rd.
