The National Weather Service says a tornado that touched down in Marquette County over the weekend was rated as an EF0, the weakest classification from the agency.

The storm Saturday night in south central Wisconsin tore off part of a metal roof, knocked a tree onto a car and a house, and cause other minor damage in the area. The NWS says the twister was on the ground for about seven minutes. Damage followed a path just under two miles long near Endeavor.

The tornado was part of a massive storm system that moved throughout the Midwest from last Thursday through Saturday. It also dumped several inches of rain across Wisconsin.
