The U.S. Bank Championship got a boost with the PGA Tour's state players committing to play.  Wisconsin's high profile pro golfers have always given the tournament at Brown Deer Park a boost and at least three of those players will be in this year's event.

Appleton native JP Hayes, Pewaukee's Mark Wilson, and Brown Deer's Skip Kendall will all be at the event in mid-July.  Madison's Jerry Kelly says that he will play if he doesn't qualify for the British Open.  Kelly is not exempt to The Open as of yet, but will take part in an international qualifying event next week.  Steve Stricker has already qualifed for The British Open.

The U.S. Bank Championship and The British Open are July 17th to 20th.
