Badger football coach Brett Bielema told the media that the University of Wisconsin will not recruit Penn State football players. As part of the sanctions against the university for theSanduskyscandal is that players can transfer to another school without having to sit out a year. Other Big Ten schools have reportedly had assistant coaches on thePennStatecampus actively trying to recruit players to transfer.
