Four out of five voters are expected to stay home, when the polls open on Tuesday.

Kyle Richmond, who projects numbers for the Government Accountability Board, says many of those voters will be heading out to vote for the State Supreme Court and Superintendent of Public Instruction races, the only two statewide races on the ballot.

Richmond says turnout could be higher though in areas with high profile local races, such as a County Executive race in Dane County.

About 870,000 Wisconsin voters are expected to cast ballots tomorrow.
