Each day brings a new project to get the course and area ready for the best in the world who will hit the course starting Monday, August 9th for the first day of practice rounds. Manager of Operations with the 2010 PGA Championship Chris Vonderkall says everything is right on schedule:

Recent rains in Wisconsin have made for difficult times for many golf courses around the state. Fortunately for Whistling Straits, the weather has not effected the progress of getting ready for the tournament:
