Wisconsin Badger running back Corey Clement is the Big Ten’s Offensive Player of the Week.
Clement rushed for 131 yards on 14 carries and two touchdowns. He averaged 9.4 yards per carry in a 37-0 win over Rutgers.
Clement scored on touchdown runs of 43 and 36 yards. He currently ranks eighth among Big Ten players with 101.8 yards per game in Big Ten play.
The Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week award is the first for Clement in his career.
Iowa’s Louis Trinca-Pasat and Michigan’s Jake Ryan were both named Co-Defensive Players of the Week. Sam Ficken of Penn State is the Special Teams Player of the Week and Iowa’s Akrum Wadley is the Freshman of the Week.
