Wisconsin punter Drew Meyer has been named the Big Ten Conference Special Teams Player of the Month.
Meyer set a program punting record with seven punts, averaging 41.3 yards per punt in Wisconsin’s regular season finale against Minnesota on Saturday. The Badgers beat the Gophers 31-21.
Meyer recorded fourth quarter punts of 53 and 54 yards and placed three punts inside the Minnesota 20-yard line.
