Brewers reliever Matt Wise will undergo season ending surgery on his sore right elbow this week sometime. Wise hasn't pitched for the Brewers since August 13th after experiencing pain in his elbow. Wise will be able to begin his rehab with the Brewers later this month and will be ready for the start of spring training.
