The Marquette Golden Eagles open Big East play on Wednesday night against Seton Hall at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
Today, Golden Eagles coach Steve Wojciechowski received a new contract extension through the 2021-22 school year.
The longtime Duke assistant is in the midst of his second season as Marquette’s head coach. His original deal was set to run through 2020.
Marquette is 10-2 so far this season after finishing 13-19 last year.
Terms of Wojciechowski’s deal were not disclosed.
