Charles Woodson had a hard time even practicing last week because of injuryies, but he got himself ready to play Sunday against the Dolphins and responded with his best game of the season. Woodson overcame thigh and rib injuries that limited him to one day of practice over the last two weeks and he turned in a top notch performance in the Green Bay Packers 34-24 win over the Miami Dolphins.
Joey Harrington was picked off three times, one by Woodson, which he returned 23 yards for a touchdown. It was his first return for a touchdown since the 1999 season.
Woodson finished with 6 tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, an interception and three passes broken up. Woodson had been drawing criticism from fans and media, saying he has lost interest in the game and wasn't able to perform to a high standard anymore. But his interception return for a score on Sunday was the play that turned the game around for the Packers, giving them the lead.
