Milwaukee Bucks logo 10The Milwaukee Bucks almost overcame a 19-point second quarter deficit, but fell short in losing at home to Chicago 102-98 on Sunday night at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored a career-high 34 points with nine assists and teammate Jabari Parker added 24 points and 11 rebounds.

The Bucks never led, and they got to within one point three times in the fourth quarter.

Khris Middleton became the final Milwaukee player to sit out a game this season, as he had a sore left thigh following his warm-ups.

Former Marquette guard Jimmy Butler led Chicago with 25 points and eight assists.  The Bulls remain within two games of a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference as the regular season winds down.
