The St. Norbert College men’s hockey team kept its hopes for the outright Peters Cup championship alive in the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) with a 4-1 win over Milwaukee School of Engineering at Kern Center.
The Green Knights (20-2-2, 16-2-1 NCHA) have one regular-season game remaining, hosting MSOE on Friday night in De Pere. In order to capture the No. 1 seeding for the league playoffs, St. Norbert must win tonight and hope Adrian College drops a point in its two-game series this weekend at College of St. Scholastica.
St. Norbert also clinched its 18th 20-win season in the last 20 years with the win.
