After spending the weekend in the Brown County Jail, Green Bay Packers linebacker Erik Walden apologized yesterday, after being arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.

Walden’s attorney, Steve Richards told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he doesn’t expect his client to be charged. 

The Packers have not said whether they plan any disciplinary action for Walden.  It’s unclear if he’ll suit up and play this Sunday against the New York Giants.
