State Capitol Police moved quickly to take a naked man into custody, after he had stripped down and walked into the rotunda of the Capitol building late Monday afternoon.
A spokeswoman for the state says the man started shouting at the top of his lungs that he was Jesus Christ.
Police escorted the man out of public view and he was being taken to the Dane County jail. He’s faces state charges of disorderly conduct and lewd and lascivious behavior.
